Custom Fabricated Conveyer System

Custom bottle line conveyer system that was engineered specifically for our customers unique needs of quality control. Very low tolerance project.

Residential Spiral Staircase

Custom staircase for a residential project. This project was taken from hand sketch by the owner to fully designed for both fabrication and installation crews hired by the owner, saving him tens of thousands of dollars.

Rams Head Sculpture

Unique rams head sculpture that was fabricated from bronze and left to oxidized from the elements over time. We worked with the artist from the design or conception phase, to coordinating with the installation crew, and ownership on personal design details.

Structurally Engineered Bridge Designed in SolidWorks

Structurally Engineered and Modeled Bridge

Taking this project from design, budget management, to fabrication drawings was quite an undertaking. For this project, we provided the production and assembly or installation drawings, making this a quick and easy installation for the guys in the field.

Custom Glass, Metal, and Wood Pergola

Metal, glass, and wood pergola with retractable sun shades. This is a highly complicated project that was simplified through 3D modeling from start to finish. CD5 providing drawings every step of the way.

Robotics Cage

This cage was designed to house a robotic arm in an assembly plant. This material needed to be 316 stainless steel to meet food grade standards for this plant.
